Every child will produce a book of their achievements whilst with us. This will be called a Learning journey and will be based around the six areas of learning. These are:-
None of these areas of Learning and Development will be delivered in isolation from the others. They are equally important and depend on each other to support a rounded approach to child development. All the areas will be delivered through individual planning, purposeful play, with a balance of adult-led and child-initiated activities. From time to time this book will be sent home for you to look at and comment on. We hope you will enjoy being part of this process.
