Welcome to the Wilberfoss Nursery
Firstly I would like to welcome you to the nursery.
I have many years experience in child care and feel I have much to offer in caring for young children.
From a young age I have worked with a wide variety of age groups in various environments. I began as a nanny working closely with several families ensuring the safety and well being of all the children in my care.
I have since developed and expanded to run a child minding business from my home providing the highest standard of childcare to parents in the local community.
During this time I have employed a set of dedicated, individuals with whom I have worked together to guarantee a positive, caring, learning environment for the children.
This now takes us up to the Nursery
The Nursery is situated in the village of Wilberfoss near York on the A1079. You will find us next to Wilberfoss Primary School and as well as caring for babies and toddlers we also offer wrap around care for children both at the main school and the school foundation unit. Children once out of the foundation stage are cared for in a temporary class room behind the school. This is called the Kids Club.
Having this continuation of care from Babies to independent young people allows your child to grow and develop in an environment they can feel safe and secure in, amongst adults they and you can trust and know well.
We have a car park at the front of the building which you can use to drop off at both places. There is a gate between us and the school allowing you to drop your children off safely.
As a team we work together, furthering our experience and expertise in childcare whilst studying for official qualifications.
We will work together to create a fun, safe place for children to develop and learn new life skills.
